Cynthia Brooks, a 27-year-old African American woman, was identified as one of the seven victims of Harrison Graham, a serial killer active in Philadelphia during the mid-1980s. Brooks' remains were discovered in August 1987 when authorities investigated Graham's North Philadelphia apartment, which had been sealed off and filled with debris.
