An 80-year-old Black female, Rose Goodman, was tragically found deceased in her Philadelphia home on the evening of September 7, 2023. Residing on the 5700 block of Broomall Street for five decades, she was a beloved figure in her Kingsessing neighborhood, known by many as a 'neighborhood mom'. Her family, concerned after not hearing from her, contacted the police who then made the grim discovery.
