Charitza Rodriguez Reyes, a 31-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life in a triple shooting in North Philadelphia on September 26, 2021. The incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. at Hancock and Lippincott Streets. Charitza was shot once in the chest and was taken to Episcopal Hospital by private vehicle, where she was pronounced dead at 5:10 a.m. Two other victims, a 39-year-old man and a 37-year-old man, were also injured in the shooting.
