Zytavia Reed, a 26-year-old Black woman, tragically lost her life on August 21, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. She was fatally shot in a double shooting incident that also critically injured a 40-year-old man. The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. near West Wingohocking and North 11th Streets in the Hunting Park neighborhood.
