Jacob Frank Hernandez, a 23-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of February 12, 2025, in Antioch, California. The incident occurred near the intersection of Hillcrest Avenue and Larkspur Drive, close to Highway 4. Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 10:25 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Hernandez suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
