On the evening of April 16, 2014, 16-year-old Jose DeJesus Guerrero was tragically shot and killed in Antioch, California. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on the 4900 block of Country Hills Drive, a location not far from his home. Guerrero was riding a motor-ped down the sidewalk when he was approached by at least two individuals.
