In the early hours of a summer morning in Philadelphia, the life of 24-year-old MyTiara Boyd was tragically cut short. A resident of Camden, New Jersey, the young Black woman was in the 2400 block of Welsh Road in the city's Northeast section on June 10, 2023, when violence erupted.
