Ishan Charmidah Rahman, a 39-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on February 21, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. She was six months pregnant at the time of her death. Rahman was shot in the chest while in a silver minivan on the 800 block of West Dauphin Street.
