In the early morning hours of August 2, 2011, the body of 21-year-old Jocelyn Deaver was discovered next to a vehicle on the 3200 block of H Street in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. A resident of Aston, Pennsylvania, the young Caucasian woman had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
