Jocelyn Deaver, a 21-year-old woman from Aston, Pennsylvania, was killed on August 2, 2011, in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. Her body was discovered near a vehicle on the 3200 block of H Street at approximately 4:15 a.m. She had died from a gunshot wound to the head. Police have yet to determine a motive for the killing, and the investigation remains ongoing.
