In the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, a Sunday afternoon turned tragic for 25-year-old Christina Figueroa. On February 12, 2012, at approximately 4:16 p.m., at the intersection of Ruth and Orleans streets, Christina was shot in the forehead. She was rushed to Temple University Hospital in extremely critical condition, where she fought for her life for two days.
