On July 16, 2016, Rickie Morgan, age 35, was found brutally murdered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At approximately 11:20 p.m., police responded to the 2400 block of Jasper Street in the Kensington neighborhood, where they discovered Morgan lying in the street.
