Shaquira McCottry, a 27-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on November 10, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. She was a Pennsylvania Army National Guard soldier who was visiting her family in her neighborhood when she was ambushed by two unidentified gunmen.
