Afdera Hatten, a 64-year-old woman, was fatally shot in the early hours of February 20, 2025, in Southwest Philadelphia. Officers patrolling near the intersection of South 52nd Street and Greenway Avenue heard multiple gunshots around 2:45 a.m. and quickly responded to the scene.
