Tyisha Timmons, a 23-year-old woman from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on February 21, 2018. She was driving a van on the 5700 block of North Broad Street in Logan when she was shot and killed. The van subsequently crashed into a building, injuring five passengers, including her twin sister and three children. The incident occurred in the Fern Rock section of Philadelphia.
