On July 9, 2024, 48-year-old Rasheedah Lane was fatally shot on the 2100 block of North Camac Street in North Philadelphia. Responding officers found her with multiple gunshot wounds; she was transported to Temple University Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries approximately an hour later.
