Stephanie Rann, a 30-year-old woman from Newark, was tragically killed on January 7, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. She was found shot in the head inside a car on Ontario Street near F Street in the Kensington neighborhood. Alongside her, 40-year-old Efrain Gonzales-Rivera was also found dead with a gunshot wound to the torso.
