A summer evening in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park, which should have been filled with the joy of a 'pop-up party,' turned into a scene of tragedy on June 14, 2024. Amid a crowd of about 100 young people, gunfire suddenly erupted, cutting short the life of 17-year-old Isya 'Cece' Stanley, a female who had just graduated with honors from Freire Charter High School days earlier on June 10.
