In the early morning hours of July 7, 2023, 42-year-old Nicole Lee-Bullock and her husband, Andrew Bullock, were returning to their West Philadelphia home on the 6100 block of Locust Street after finishing their shifts at a local lounge where they both worked. Just steps from their front door, their lives were violently cut short in a hail of gunfire. The couple was found with multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 3 a.m.
