Asla Marie Torres, a 19-year-old Hispanic female, tragically lost her life on July 12, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. She was fatally shot in the early hours of the morning outside an after-hours club located on the 3000 block of North Lawrence Street. The incident occurred when a vehicle, described as a dark blue or green SUV with a broken tail light and dark tinted windows, drove by and opened fire, hitting Torres and another individual.
