Carlton McLaughlin II, a 22-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2015. He was shot while walking his dog on Ridgeway Avenue. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m., and McLaughlin was found with a gunshot wound to his lower body. Despite being rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
