In the early morning hours of an autumn day in Rochester, New York, the life of 43-year-old Jose Surrino was tragically cut short. On October 7, 2021, police responded to a call on Thomas Street, where they found Surrino inside a residence, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
