Julio Velasquez, a 24-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was fatally shot on August 29, 2017. The incident occurred on the eighth floor of a building in the McKinley Houses. Velasquez was found with a gunshot wound to his chest and was subsequently taken to Lincoln Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The shooting was reportedly the result of a dispute, and surveillance footage showed Velasquez in an elevator with two men shortly before the incident. The footage captured an excha ...Read More
