Marcus Bethea, a 24-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2022, in a violent incident at the Jamaica Center subway station. Bethea was involved in a physical altercation with another individual near a service booth around 4:30 p.m. during the evening rush hour.
