In the late afternoon of a spring day in Queens, a dispute between two men in a busy subway station turned deadly, leaving a young man's life cut short. On Monday, April 25, 2022, 24-year-old Marcus Bethea, a male from Brooklyn, was inside the Parsons Boulevard-Archer Avenue station in the Jamaica neighborhood at approximately 4:30 p.m. when he became embroiled in a verbal argument with another man near the token booth.
