Stephane Julien, a 25-year-old resident of Queens, NY, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2020. Julien was shot and killed outside his home in Cambria Heights, Queens, in the early hours of the morning. According to reports, Julien and two friends, Mitchell Maharaj, 24, and Niles Malivert, 25, were sitting inside a Nissan Altima with Georgia plates when a man with dreadlocks opened fire with either an Uzi or a Mac-10 sub-machine gun.
