Death by Force

Jeffrey Ragland, a 50-year-old retired correction officer, was fatally shot on January 10, 2014, in Queens, New York. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at the corner of 227th Street and 108th Avenue in Queens Village. Ragland was involved in a confrontation with Oniel Linton, a 36-year-old active correction officer, and Salees Sales, a 33-year-old correction officer who was Linton's girlfriend.
