Terrell Smith, a 26-year-old resident of Queens, New York, was tragically killed on July 16, 2017. The incident occurred at the Ravenswood Houses, a public housing complex located in Astoria. At approximately 12:07 a.m., police responded to a call reporting shots fired at the location. Upon arrival, officers found Smith with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
