Niheen Donigan, a 36-year-old resident of Jamaica, Queens, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2016. The incident occurred around 2:18 a.m. at the corner of 109th Avenue and 171st Street. Donigan was standing with a group of people when an unidentified shooter opened fire, striking him in the head.
