Darrius Vance, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2022, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred in a Hickory Hill apartment complex, where Vance was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head. The police responded to a shots fired call on April 4 around 11 p.m. and discovered Vance's lifeless body at the scene. He was pronounced dead on the spot.
