Michael Phillips, a 21-year-old male from Memphis, TN, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2020. Phillips and another man were driving in the Northaven area when their vehicle was attacked by gunfire. Phillips succumbed to his injuries, while the other man survived. The incident was believed to be gang-related, as the attackers reportedly responded to gang signs made by Phillips and his companion.
