Gerard Pounder, a 32-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2021. The incident occurred during an outdoor party near the Rockaway Beach boardwalk. According to police reports, Pounder was shot once in the chest around 1 a.m. at the event held near Beach 34th Street.
