In the early morning hours of October 13, 1991, Michael Zarabi, a 27-year-old male, was tragically killed in a violent rampage in Queens, New York. The incident unfolded at a residence where Zarabi was present with several other individuals. The man responsible for the attack was Andrew Brooks Jr., a man known in the neighborhood for his erratic behavior.
