Steve Perez, a 22-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on November 18, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Perez was hanging out with two friends at the corner of Elmhurst Avenue and Elbertson Street in Elmhurst.
