Jonathan Polanco, a 27-year-old resident of Queens, NY, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2018. The incident occurred in the Ozone Park neighborhood, where Polanco was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the neck inside a residence on 104th Street. Emergency responders rushed him to Jamaica Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries. The shooting was part of a violent outburst that also left two other individuals injured.
