In the early hours of a Saturday in November 2017, the life of 38-year-old Chaz Morrison was tragically cut short in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens, New York. On November 4th, police responded to a 911 call reporting a person shot and discovered Morrison lying unconscious on the ground in front of a residence on 146th Terrace. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his torso. Emergency services rushed him to Jamaica Hospital, but his injury proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
