On January 13, 2019, Donald Francis, a 33-year-old resident of Queens, New York, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the St. Albans neighborhood of Queens, where Francis was found in the driver's seat of an Audi SUV with gunshot wounds to his head and chest.
