Robert DeJesus, a 32-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2015. DeJesus was fatally shot in the head and upper body just after leaving a baby shower in Rochdale Village, Queens. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on 166th Place, and he was pronounced dead shortly after at Jamaica Hospital. The shooting was part of a violent week in New York City, which saw multiple shooting incidents and several murders.
