Phillip Harris, a 32-year-old resident of Queens, NY, was tragically shot to death on April 16, 2016. The incident occurred early in the morning near Liberty Avenue and Brinkerhoff Avenue in St. Albans, just steps away from a late-night party hosted by Sucka Free Events and Entertainment.
