Luis Oscar Padilla Lopez, aged 21, was tragically found dead on March 28, 2014, in his apartment on Summerfield Street in Ridgewood, Queens, New York. He was discovered alongside his girlfriend, Natalie Mejia-Tavares, also 21, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds. Lopez was shot in the head, while Mejia-Tavares was shot in the body.
