In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Queens, the vibrant life of 28-year-old Twayne Summers was tragically cut short. On January 19, 2019, the Brooklyn man was behind the wheel of his black Hyundai Sonata, driving away from the Angels Nightclub on College Point Boulevard. It was around 4 a.m. when another vehicle pulled alongside his near Ulmer Street and the Whitestone Expressway, and the night erupted in gunfire.
