Twayne Summers, a 28-year-old father from Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2019, following a violent incident in Queens. Summers was involved in a drive-by shooting that occurred around 4 a.m. near Ulmer Street and the Whitestone Expressway in College Point.
