In a tragic turn of events stemming from a bitter custody dispute, a Queens man ended the lives of his young son, his ex-wife, and his current wife before taking his own. On the evening of July 30, 2018, the bodies of 39-year-old James Shields, a male physical therapist, his 6-year-old son Giacomo James Shields, his ex-wife Linda Olthof, 47, and his wife Saskia Shields, 38, were discovered in their Astoria apartment.
