Victor Alvarenga, a 26-year-old resident of Flushing, Queens, was tragically killed in the early morning hours of November 4, 2018. Alvarenga was shot multiple times by two assailants on 45th Avenue and 163rd Street, just around the corner from his home. Security footage captured the harrowing incident, showing two men shooting Alvarenga while a third individual collected the shell casings.
