In the early evening of December 30, 2025, the life of 24-year-old Lawrence Turner, a male resident of Brownsville, Brooklyn, was tragically cut short in a burst of violence outside a convenience store in Queens, New York. The fatal encounter unfolded at approximately 6:40 p.m. in front of the MB Convenience Deli & Grill on Beach 14th Street in Far Rockaway.
