Elgin Reynolds, a 40-year-old resident of Harlem, was tragically shot and killed in broad daylight on December 23, 2022, in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens, New York. The incident occurred around 12:15 p.m. on 165th Street near Jamaica Avenue. According to police reports, Reynolds was approached by an assailant who brandished a firearm.
