Vickiram "Coco" Ramlogan, a 27-year-old resident of Queens, New York, was tragically found dead on the night of October 4, 2015. The incident occurred in South Ozone Park, where Ramlogan was discovered inside his 2005 Toyota, parked in front of his home on 120th Street. Police responded to a call about an assault around 8:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Ramlogan with gunshot wounds to his head and neck. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
