Jasper Davis, a 28-year-old resident of Queens, NY, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2019. The incident occurred in the Elmhurst neighborhood, specifically at the intersection of Manila Street and Kneeland Avenue. On that fateful day, officers from the 110th Precinct responded to a 911 call at approximately 5:02 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Davis with a fatal gunshot wound to his head.
