In the late afternoon of August 25, 2019, the life of 28-year-old Jasper Davis was tragically cut short in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Queens, New York. Emergency services responded to a 911 call at approximately 5:02 p.m. reporting a shooting near the intersection of Manila Street and Kneeland Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Davis with a fatal gunshot wound to his head. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
