A simmering dispute over a shared driveway in Queens, New York, tragically ended the life of 10-year-old Justin Wallace on the evening of June 5, 2021. The young boy, a fifth-grader at Challenge Charter School, was at a family barbecue at his aunt's home on Beach 45th Street in Edgemere. As the family was getting ready to leave, gunfire erupted, striking Justin in the torso and his 29-year-old uncle in the shoulder and hand.
