In the crisp late autumn air of November 27, 2006, the life of 16-year-old Christopher Glenn was tragically cut short in a sudden act of violence. A student at Beach Channel High School with a future brimming with promise, Glenn was standing outside his home at 51-15 Almeda Avenue in the Ocean Bay Houses, a housing project in Queens, New York.
