On the evening of September 27, 2024, 18-year-old Akim Cisse was fatally shot outside a McDonald's restaurant located at 221-12 South Conduit Avenue in Springfield Gardens, Queens. Surveillance footage from approximately 10:15 to 10:20 p.m. captured Cisse as a passenger in a car with three other individuals.
