Sean Van Williams, a 20-year-old resident of Queens, NY, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2015, in a shooting incident in the Rochdale Village housing complex. On that fateful night, police responded to a 911 call at 168-40 127th Avenue, where they discovered two young men with gunshot wounds to their heads.
