Raymond Francis, aged 38, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2022, in Queens, New York, during a violent shootout in Ozone Park. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. when Francis, along with his accomplice Richard Dixon, approached two individuals, Kenardo Kelly and Dwayne Whyte, who were sitting in their vehicles on Cross Bay Boulevard near Pitkin Avenue.
